Give

“Generosity Is Our Tithe”

In this house, we call our tithe ‘generosity’ — because we believe that giving is more than a rule; it is a reflection of the heart of God. Tithing is not just about calculation; it’s about commitment. We give not because we’re forced, but because we’re free.

Jesus said in Matthew 10:8, “Freely you have received, freely give.” Every breath, every opportunity, every provision we enjoy came freely from God. That’s why we give not conditionally, but faithfully. We give because He gave first.

The early church in Acts 2:44–45 practiced radical generosity — selling possessions and meeting needs as an act of worship. They didn’t wait until they had “extra.” They gave because they understood that generosity sustains the community of God.

When we give unconditionally:

  • We acknowledge God as our true source (Deuteronomy 8:18).

  • We imitate God’s nature — who gives rain to both the just and unjust (Matthew 5:45).

  • We break the chains of selfishness and make room for divine overflow (Proverbs 11:24–25).

Beloved, your generosity today is more than support for a ministry — it is an act of kingdom partnership. Whether it’s a tithe, offering, or sacrificial seed, do it with a cheerful heart. Generosity unlocks favor, multiplies blessings, and fuels God’s mission on earth.

Let us give today not because we have to — but because we get to.

“The Power of Your Offering”

Beloved, there is power in your offering. Not just in the amount, but in the heart behind it. Offering is one of the most sacred acts of worship. It’s a moment where we say to God, “I trust You more than what’s in my hand.”

The Bible is full of examples where offering moved the heart of God. In Genesis 8:20–21, Noah built an altar and gave an offering after the flood. The Bible says God smelled the sweet aroma and made a covenant never to curse the ground again. That offering brought peace to the earth.

In 2 Samuel 24:24, David said, “I will not offer to the Lord that which costs me nothing.” Why? Because offering must come from a willing and sacrificial heart. It is a personal declaration that God is worthy — worthy of our first, our best, and our all.

Giving is not about pressure. It’s about purpose. It’s not about wealth — it’s about willingness. Whether you’re giving toward a church project, missions, or ministry needs, your offering becomes part of God’s divine provision on earth.

Give because you believe. Give because you’ve seen God’s hand in your life. Give because someone once gave so you could hear the gospel. Let your offering today be filled with faith, honor, and expectation.

As you release it, trust that God is not unjust to forget your sacrifice. He sees. He multiplies. He rewards.

Let’s worship with our offering — not out of duty, but from a heart that knows: everything we have is from Him.
